Core Features

Feature Set

The Core Feature Set provides the essential platform services that enable every other TOTUUS capability to operate securely, reliably, and consistently.

It ensures that regardless of the chosen feature set or deployment model, the platform delivers trusted, governed data and robust access control across all domains.

Customer Reporting

Provides flexible, multi-domain reporting for customers and internal teams.
Enables exportable reports, scheduled delivery, and visual dashboards summarising asset, configuration, lifecycle, or performance data.

Supports both standardised templates and custom report definitions to align with customer-specific requirements.

Configuration Change

Alerting

Enables notification and alert workflows across platform events, integrity checks, or integrations with StableNet® alarm feeds.

Configurable alert types include system health, API errors, discovery anomalies, and CMDB data integrity warnings.

Alerts can be delivered via email, dashboard, or forwarded to ITSM systems for workflow automation.

Multi-Tenancy

Provides logical and physical domain separation for managed service operations.

Each customer or business unit operates within its own secure domain, isolating data, configurations, and integrations while still being managed centrally under the TOTUUS platform.

Supports both single-tenant (dedicated) and multi-tenant (shared) deployment models.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Manages user permissions at granular levels — feature, classification, or domain.

Ensures users only access the data and functions relevant to their role.

Integrates with external identity providers (IdPs) for streamlined authentication and authorisation across enterprise environments.

What are Managed Solutions?

Data Integrity and API Connectivity Checks

Performs automated validation of data consistency between TOTUUS, StableNet®, and integrated third-party systems.

Includes scheduled health checks for APIs, schema compliance, and data quality assurance routines.

Ensures that all ingested and synchronised data remains accurate, complete, and current.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Adds an additional security layer for all platform users by requiring a secondary verification method during login.

Supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) depending on deployment requirements.

Strengthens access security across on-premise and SaaS environments.

On-Prem Deployment

Optional. Allows the TOTUUS platform to be deployed in customer-controlled environments where data sovereignty or security policies require on-premise operation.

Maintains the same functionality as the cloud-managed version, with optional hybrid configurations for integration with StableNet® and external APIs.
